This CPU heat sink is engineered with high-purity copper as its core thermal conduction base, featuring a precision CNC-machined and mirror-polished contact surface that ensures gap-free contact with the CPU's Integrated Heat Spreader (IHS), minimizing interfacial thermal resistance. The base is typically paired with heat pipes, vapor chambers, or dense fin arrays to form an integrated "absorb–conduct–dissipate" thermal pathway.
Applications:
Desktop PCs, gaming laptops/notebooks, workstations, servers and data centers, mini PCs, and edge computing devices — anywhere sustained thermal performance is critical.
Function:
Leveraging copper's exceptionally high thermal conductivity (typically around 380–400 W/(m·K), far surpassing aluminum), the heat sink rapidly conducts heat away from the CPU core during peak loads and power spikes, spreading it across the entire heat sink and into the fan or liquid-cooling module before it can concentrate locally on the die surface. This effectively suppresses thermal throttling, extends the lifespan of the processor and surrounding components, and ensures stable performance with quieter operation even under sustained heavy workloads such as gaming, rendering, or AI training.
